Talk about Media Bias
April 16th, 2009
Susan Roesgen of CNN calls a picture of Bush with horns and a Hitler mustache “a lookalike” at 2006 anti-Bush rally. Yesterday at a tea party she said to a man with a picture of Obama with a Hitler mustache, “Do you realize how offensive that is?”
Do you realize how offensive you are Ms. Roesgen? Watch as she berates and interrupts this man at a rally in Chicago. She then describes the rally as anti-Government, anti-CNN, and highly promoted by the right wing conservative network Fox. Wow. Just wow. Thanks for the wonderful non-biased news.

Yeah have seen this all over the place, have reporters forgotten what it means to report? We have seen biasness before but this is just blatent and she even tries to neutrilize a protesters argument by telling him he would be pay less taxes under Obama’s plan so therefore he shouldnt even be protesting. In my opinion she jumped over the line and her credentials should be taken away. She was basically an opposing protester who had a national stage, microphone and audience.
I completely agree. She was a left wing activist counter protester. I didn’t see a reporter in that video.
Amazing. While we’re talking about the bias in the media, here’s something you’ll enjoy: During 2001, John Lott, Sr., Research Scholar of the School of Law at Yale University, audited the 3 major news networks. During that year there were over 190,000 words of coverage dedicated to gun crimes. However, only 580 total words were devoted to the merits of owning a gun for self-defense, and even that occurred as the result of ONE network interviewing a police office who helped stop a school shooting. The bias in the media is very real indeed. http://tinyurl.com/d9e4tu
