    Dear Sir,
    I have just purchased the swipe ruler but when I use it it gives compleatly wrong mesurements.
    PS I have used it as on the video but in vain.

    A few more tips. First, make sure you are sliding it in the direction of the arrow. second, it has to be sliding on a flat surface. it won’t work going up and down or if you try to carry it. the accelerometers are precise and gravity changes what they read. next, you need to make a quick smooth swipe. try putting a piece of paper under the phone to make it slide better if for instance your case sticks on the surface you are trying to measure. it takes some practice, but I really do get pretty close measurements when using it as I have said above and what i say in the video. I don’t claim that it is going to be perfect, it is for estimation only, but when used as directed it works fairly well.
